VinayJestaYoga is not responsible for any fees, charges, exchange rates of additional charges levied by individual financial institutions or credit card companies for payment for products and services. We use a third-party payment processor to provide our services. By providing a payment method,
you expressly authorise us and/or our third-party payment processor to charge the applicable fees on said payment method as well as taxes and other charges incurred thereto, all of which depend on the services you utilize and the products you purchase. You agree that we (or our third-party payment processors) may charge a surcharge over and above vinayjestayoga.com published fees.

REFUND POLICY
By registering for any of our services you are declaring that you accept and agree with all the terms and conditions outlined in the refund policy. All sales for yoga classes, workshops and teacher training courses are final – no refunds.
REFUND POLICY FOR CLASSES, WORKSHOPS, VIDEOS
It cannot be refunded, exchanged or transferred between 2 persons. We provide yoga services and payment is collected upfront before the start of any teaching. We would like to clearly state that we will not be able to entertain any refund requests and any payments made while registering are non-refundable. By signing up to any class or teaching training program or a recorded video and attending it, you are agreeing to all our guidelines and policies. You declare that you are in optimum health and take responsibility for your own body as well as understand and agree that the payments are non-refundable or non-transferable. It's your responsibility to read our guidelines before purchasing. Non use of services are not grounds for a refund. We can use our discretion for some exceptional cases.
REFUND POLICY FOR COURSES
Upon registering for a course or workshop payment is due within 48 hours to secure your place. Once payment has been made cancellation with refund or exchange may occur up until 48 hours prior to the course or workshop, with a 20 percent administration fee deducted. Within 48 hours no refund or exchange will be given. We will not refund or give credit for any missed sessions within a multiple session course or workshop. We are not responsible for any missed classes. They will not be refunded or exchanged for other classes or products.
